Jo Worthy is the founder and creator of the Women Rise Movement and she has had many years experience in the retreat space. She is very passionate about women attending retreats as she knows first-hand the power that they can have and the transformations that women can experience.

Running retreats is one of Jo's sweet spots and she has a plethora of knowledge of Ubud, Bali so you will be in great hands, combined with the Balinese hospitality, culture and incredible beauty, you will create exquisite memories.

Jo founded the Movement in 2023 and also has years of experience as a multi-published author, motivational speaker and retreat and event facilitator.

I am your retreat faciliator and I love running retreats and creating exceptional experiences fo women. As the Founder of the Women Rise Movement, multi-published author, retreat facilitator, events and conferences, I have had a lot of experience leading groups and I have a knack for bringing incredible women together in small intimate spaces to filling up conference rooms . We attract a lot of soul-led conscious, creative and innovative women who are ready to RISE to their new level of happiness, peace with a deep feeling of alignment and activation.

When we embody our feminine, it opens up a potent energy that will radiate out into the world. In an era where women are pushing to get ahead, they have lost sight of their gentle feminine flow and are feeling exhausted.
