I am Jo Worthy, your retreat creator and facilitator, and I am very passionate and LOVE running retreats and creating exceptional experiences for women. As the Founder of the Women Rise Movement, multi-published author, retreat facilitator, events and conferences, I have had a lot of experience leading groups, and I have a knack for bringing incredible women together from small intimate retreat spaces to filling up conference rooms for larger events.

We attract a high calibre of women who are heart-centred, leaders, visionaries, creatives and innovative women who are ready to RISE to their new level of happiness, joy and peace with a deep feeling of alignment and activation.
